Drink more water. Water is awesome. I know that we are used to our sodas, sweet teas and other high calorie beverages. Most people will say they don’t like water. But water cleanses and flushes the toxins out of your body. It is important. There are lots of benefits to drinking plenty of water. Get AT LEAST 64 ounces daily-- avoid tap water.. it contains sodium and other additives -- In the summer and with added activity add at least 16 ounces or more..
Continue to replace junk with real food!!!
Fitness Commitment

DAY 2 OF MY 90 DAY CHALLENGE
Day 2 of my 90 Day Challenge has been posted! I already started back in July but I thought I would create an event to help you all get the benefits as well! NO, you dont need to take any of my products to benefit from this! This will help train your mind, body and how the rest will follow. I will have meal tips, exercise tips, inspirational and motivational tips, and ways to boost your confindence to start loving your body the way others view you (this is the part where I will be training your mental performance), instead of how your constantly in the critic stage (we are our worst critics and bully our own selves)!
How do we gain confidence and develop mental toughness? I will teach you daily, step by step! That way you're not getting overwhelmed with post by post in one day! I will train you in 90 days to get you on the right track and set up for future full of success!
