Polish Sausage and Cabbage Soup Crock Pot

2 cups potatoes, cubed and peeled

4 cups cabbage, shredded it fine

1 carrot, shredded it fine...

1 large onion, chopped

2 teaspoons caraway seeds, crushed (optional)

1-1/4 lb Polish sausage, cooked, halved lengthwise and cut into 1/2 inch slices

4 cups low sodium organic chicken broth or you can just use water

black pepper and salt to taste

Directions:

Place potatoes, cabbage, carrot, onion, caraway seeds, sausage, pepper and salt in crock pot. Pour broth over all.

Cover, cook on low for 10 - 12 hours or high for 5 - 6 hours.

You will need:
8 oz apple cider vinegar
4 oz warm water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda

Mix all the dry ingredients first, then slowly add the liquid ingredients since the vinegar and baking soda will react slightly. Put it into a spray bottle and spray the pets down. Be careful not to get in pets eyes.

Use Borax throughout the house too! Sprinkle it on the carpets and let it sit for a few hours, then vacuum. This should kill all the fleas and ticks in your home and on your pets.

I just wanted to give everyone an update on my weight loss journey and continued progress.

1 Large Chicken Breast
Fresh Pineapple or Frozen
1 Red Pepper
Teriyaki Sauce/Marinade

Instructions:
Cut Chicken, Pineapple and Red Pepper into chunks. Marinate chicken in the Teriyaki sauce, salt and pepper for at least an hour...the longer the better.
