Ingredients~
1 small bottle Bisquick™ Shake 'n Pour™ pancake mix

1 small jar Nutella®

1 pound fresh strawberries, washed, stems removed, sliced into 1/2 inch thick slices

2 large firm bananas, peeled and sliced into 1/2 inch thick rounds

4 wooden skewers broken in half or 8-12 medium appetizer skewers

Directions~

Prepare the pancake batter according to package directions and pour small dabs of batter onto a hot, lightly greased griddle for 1 -1/2 inch diameter pancakes (about 3/4 tablespoon of batter per mini pancake).

Cook the mini pancakes for about a minute on each side or until lightly browned.

Spread some Nutella on each of the pancake bites and layer the ingredients onto the kabob sticks. Serve immediately and enjoy!

This works great! I have posted it before but was reminded this week since we are leaving next Friday for Myrtle Beach <3 my van is going to need a good scrubbing for sure <3

What you'll need:
* 1 cup of Distilled vinegar...
* 1 cup of Club soda
* 1/2 cup of Blue dawn dish washing liquid. (Use more or less if you want!)
* Spray Bottle
* Scrub brush

What to do:
1. Mix everything together in a spray bottle and shake it up really good.
2. Spray on the seats and let soak for 5-10 minutes.
3. Scrub in circular motion with a brush and you'll notice the stains lift up as you are scrubbing.
4. Take a wash cloth, wet it, and wipe down to remove the soap.

This is a before and after picture of how good it works.
NOTE: you might have to do it twice. I only done it once though.

SALSA FOR CANNING

SALSA FOR CANNING
Any salsa lovers out there???? This one is great!!!!

Ingredients:
30 -40 Tomatoes
2 lbs onions (1/2 yellow, 1/2 red, I usually add 1-2 additional onions)
5 assorted red bell peppers, green bell peppers or 5 yellow bell peppers
3 -4 chili peppers
2 -3 jalapeño peppers or 2 -3 other hot peppers like serrano peppers, habanera peppers etc
1 cup lemon juice
2 teaspoons garlic powder
3 tablespoons salt
4 teaspoons pepper
4 teaspoons paprika
5 tablespoons chopped cilantro, to taste
2 13 oz cans tomato paste

Directions:
1. Wash all jars, lids etc in the dishwasher.
2. Always wear gloves while preparing salsa!
3. Prepare tomatoes by soaking tomatoes in boiling water for 2-3 minutes to split and loosen skins. Peel and chop all tomatoes, drain excess juices off in a strainer or colander before adding to extra large bowl. (I half or quarter the tomatoes, then process briefly in a food processor before draining off juices, I like the tomatoes kind of chunky).
4. Dice or cube all onions and peppers into the same bowl. Add chopped cilantro. (I do all the onions, peppers and cilantro in a food processor - I keep them kind of chunky also).
5. Once all the veggies are in the bowl, stir in the lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
6. Taste to see if it is as hot as you would like it - if not add 1-2 more hot peppers tasting after each addition. Keep in mind as it sits for a while it will get a little bit hotter.
7. Fill jars leaving about 3/4 inch at the top. Wipe off tops of the jars before putting lids on. Screw lids tight then turn back about 1/4 turn.
8. Process in steam canner (not pressure cooker / steamer) or boiling water bath for 15 minutes.
9. Cool jars.
10. Before storing, test each jar to be sure it has sealed by pressing down on lid, it should not move.

2 lbs hamburger
1 egg
montreal hamburger seasoning
katsup
mustard
1/4 c bread crumbs
string cheese cut in 1/3 rds

mix with hands to combine all ingredients. wrap hamburger around 1/3 string cheese and bake 350 for 25-30 min or until done in center and juices run clear. wrap in lettuce leaves and enjoy!

Shrimp in Creamy Coconut Sauce

Shrimp in Creamy Coconut Sauce

1 lb medium shrimp, cleaned and tails removed
½ cup coconut cream (sold with mixed drink ingredients)
2 tablespoons mayonnaise 
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoon oil
1 tsp salt
2 teaspoons chopped scallions (only the green part)
½ cup of plain bread crumbs
1 tablespoon corn starch

Rinse the shrimp and pat dry the shrimp with paper towel and season with salt. Mix bread crumbs and corn starch together and toss shrimp in mixture. In a large skillet, melt oil and butter and fry shrimp over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Drain shrimp on paper towel and set aside.

In a sauce pan, over low heat, combine the coconut cream, milk, and vanilla extract. Add condensed milk and stir. When the coconut mixture starts to bubble, add scallions. Let the mixture simmer for about 3 minutes until the liquid gets reduced by 1/3. Add the mayonnaise and stir until combined. Mayonnaise gives it a creamier texture.

Transfer the cream mixture to the shrimp. Turn on the heat and stir the shrimp to incorporate the coconut cream. Turn off the heat when the coconut mixture reaches the boiling point. Plate and serve the dish hot.

Use a lemon, orange or a grapefruit to start your seedlings. Plant the entire thing in the ground and the peels will compost directly into the soil to nourish the plants as they grow. Gotta try this! You should too!

BAKED STICKY HONEY CHICKEN

Ingredients
Nonstick cooking spray
One 3-pound chicken, cut into 10 pieces
Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 ozs melted butter
Juice of 1 lemon

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick spray.
Sprinkle the chicken on both sides with salt and pepper.
Combine the honey, mustard, melted butter and lemon juice in a large bowl. Toss the chicken through the mixture and place skin-side up on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with more salt and pepper.
Bake until the chicken is fully cooked about 40 minutes.

Homemade Vapor Rub - All Natural and Easy!!!

Ingredients:
7 tablespoons of organic palm shortening or coconut oil
20 drops eucalyptus essential oil
20 drops rosemary essential oil
20 drops peppermint essential oil
5 drops clove essential oil

Directions:
Melt your palm shortening or coconut oil and pour it into the 4 oz jar. For this batch I used 5 tablespoons of palm shortening and 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, but any ratio would work. You can use any brand, but I like Tropical Traditions. The key is using oils that are solid at room temperature.
Add the essential oils and stir. I recommend using therapeutic grade essential oils like Young Living.
Place in the refrigerator for a couple hours until the mixture hardens.
Store in a cool, dark place.
